Acyrthosiphon pisum EST Database

Drosophila identifiers may be entered in the form FBgn<nnnnnnn> or CG<nnnnn>-Px. For CG numbers, the -PA, -PB, etc. suffix is significant.

The official resources for A. pisum genomics are administered by the International Aphid Genomics Consortium (IAGC).

This database consists of the annotated clusters of all the publicly available A. pisum ESTs.  The annotation contains details of BLAST hits, domain analyses and gene ontology assignments.  Clustering was performed with CAP3, and annotation with either BLAST or InterProScan, including the following applications: seg, coil, pfam, Panther, Gene3D, BlastProdom, Prints, superfamily, plus others.

Many of the EST sequences on which the latest (APGnnnnn and APHnnnnn) clusters are based were generated by the IAGC, and analysis of these genes should not be published before the publication of the genome paper.
